Domora lists houses and apartments across Albania — cities, coastline, lakes and mountains — and puts every one of them in 3D, so you can walk through before you decide it is worth the drive.
We started with a simple frustration: you cannot tell anything from six photographs and a floor plan. Buyers were losing whole weekends to viewings that a thirty-second walkthrough would have ruled out. So we built the walkthrough — every listing modelled room by room, so the visit is the second look rather than the first.
Our agents live and work in the markets they cover. That local knowledge means we often know a property before it lists, understand what a view is really worth, and can guide buyers — including the diaspora and first-time non-resident buyers — through every step of a clean purchase.
Today we cover the whole country, from city apartments to village houses and everything along the water, with a private collection for the homes that never reach the open market. Every listing is reviewed by hand before it appears.
